    Soak 100g of noodle in hot water for 2 minutes until soft then drain well. Set aside in a serving bowl.

    Pour Coconut powder in a bowl.
    Fill 80ml. of hot water to dissolve, and set aside.

    Heat 2 Tbsp. of vegetable oil in a sauce pan. Add Green Curry sauce and stir fry until aroma develops, then lower the heat.

    Add coconut milk. Bring to boil, then add 100g. of meat of your choice and vegetables. Simmer until cooked through.

    Add noodle and Stir-fry until well absorbed. Garnish with fresh basil and chili. Now, Green Curry noodles is ready to serve.
