Pad Thai

Size 160g.

How to prepare

  • Boil of noodle in boiling water for 4 minutes or soak 100g of noodle in water for 15-20 minutes until soft, then drain and coat with 1 Tsp. of oil. Set aside in a serving bowl

  • In a work or frying pan on a medium heart, add 2 Tps. of vegetable oil and 100g of meat of your choice. Than stir fry until almost cooked and put at one side of the wok. Fry the egg in the empty space. Once the egg I cooked, stir it in with the meat.

  • Add noodle, Pad Thai sauce and tofu. Continue to stir fry and then add beansprout before turn off the heat. Garnish with crushed peanut and lime wedge. Now, Pad Thai is ready to eat.
