How to prepare

  • Soup

    Boil of noodle in boiling water of 4 minutes or soak 100g of noodle in water for 15-20 minutes until soft, then drain and coat with 1 Tps. of oil. Set aside in a serving bowl

    To Make Tom Yum soup, boil 500 ml. of water then add meat of your choice in boiling water. Add Tom Yum sauce add stir well.

    Add 100g of noodles in the soup and 100g of mushroom. Continue boiling for 2-3 minutes until it fully cooked.

    Put Tom Yum soup in the bowl and garnish with Kaffir lime leaves and chopped chili. Now, Tom Yum noodles soup in the bowl and chopped chili. Now, Tom Yum noodles soup is ready to serve.

  • Stir Fry

    Boil of noodles in boiling water of 4 minutes until soft, then drain and coat with 1 Tsp. of oil. Set aside in a serving bowl.

    Add 2 Tbsp. of vegetable oil and 100g of meat of your choice in wok or frying pan on medium heat then stir until cooked.

    Add Tom Yum sauce and fill 60 ml. of water then follow by the noodles and stir-fry until well mixed. Garnish with Kaffir lime leaves and chopped chilli. Now, stir-fried Tom Yum noodles is ready to serve.
